At CrossFit Optimum Performance we offer 1-on-1 private, semi-private and group training. We also offer an open gym membership option for experienced crossfitters at a reduced rate, this option will allow you to perform the "Work Out of the Day" unsupervised.

Our group CrossFit Optimum Performance classes have skill level requirements to ensure quality and safety while maximizing your training experience.  The way you get started will ultimately depend on your personal goals and your current level of fitness.

There are two routes of admission to our group CrossFit Optimum Performance classes:


Personal Training - $650 for 10 private sessions

Private 1 on 1 coaching - $70/hr

Semi- Private (2 people) - $ 80/hr

Private Group (3- 8 people) - $ 90/hr based on 3 people, each additional person is $10 up to a maximum of 8.

Most clients begin with personal training for a series of 10 sessions.  This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements.  You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:

  • weight loss and improved body composition
  • extra accountability
  • you have generally been sedentary
  • you are new to exercise
  • you are referred to us by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
  • you have specific performance oriented goals (triathlon, basketball, etc.)
  • you have significant health or orthopedic issues


Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you.  Following your initial 10 sessions you may then choose to continue with private training or progress into our group classes on the recommendation of your trainer.

*Individuals with significant health or orthopedic issues will remain private training clients.


Beginner "Group Fundamentals"- classes  $380 for 10 classes

Beginner "Group Fundamentals" classes run at a predetermined, early morning or evening time, 3 days a week, for a total of 10 classes.  This option is available for the generally active, injury free individual who ultimately wants to train in one of our ongoing group classes.

Each class is designed to expose you to the movement curriculum and group training format.  Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.  If you are unsure as to whether you are a good candidate for beginning in a class setting, please contact us.  Click here to see when the next On Ramp class starts and to reserve your spot!

Following your private training sessions or your On Ramp classes….

Group Classes - $160/month + GST - (Unlimited Classes), or $1740 + GST ($145 per month) all upfront for the year.
This is where your training enters the realm of sport and the competition begins.  Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly, but most of all FUN!!!


Remote Training Package

Cost: $275 + GST (3 Appointment Process: Includes Assessment, Program Design/Nutrition and 1 Private Training Session)

*methods of payment include: Cash,  MasterCard, Visa and Debit
*Please bring exercise clothing and a water bottle to all appointments

Appointment #1: Assessment

  • Approximately 60 minutes
  • Lifestyle variables will be discussed (lifestyle, exercise, nutrition); the following may be analyzed: food profile, regeneration ability, body composition, and movement patterns
  • Bring assessment form and food journal completed to this appointment (these forms will be sent to you once appointment dates are confirmed)


Appointment #2: Program Design and Nutrition Prescription

  • Approximately 1.5 hour (meeting may include a program and nutrition review followed by review of exercise program).
  • Includes a program design and nutrition prescription
  • The program design is performed on your own at your usual place of exercise (i.e. home, membership facility or at COP)


Appointment #3: Private Training Session

  • Approximately 60 minutes
  • Review movement and questions in your current program design
  • May include a workout at the facility to help keep you on track and motivated
  • Work on skills related to goals and areas of improvement


Follow-Up:

Program Designs (within 4-6 weeks of previous program design)

  • Approximately 1hour
  • Cost is $75
  • Ongoing every 4-6 weeks after initial program design
  • A new program design/nutritional prescription will be developed to ensure optimal progress
