At CrossFit Optimum Performance we offer 1-on-1 private, semi-private and group training. We also offer an open gym membership option for experienced crossfitters at a reduced rate, this option will allow you to perform the "Work Out of the Day" unsupervised. Our group CrossFit Optimum Performance classes have skill level requirements to ensure quality and safety while maximizing your training experience. The way you get started will ultimately depend on your personal goals and your current level of fitness. There are two routes of admission to our group CrossFit Optimum Performance classes: Personal Training - $650 for 10 private sessions Private 1 on 1 coaching - $70/hr Semi- Private (2 people) - $ 80/hr Private Group (3- 8 people) - $ 90/hr based on 3 people, each additional person is $10 up to a maximum of 8. Most clients begin with personal training for a series of 10 sessions. This is where you will work with your trainer to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
Beginner "Group Fundamentals"- classes $380 for 10 classes Beginner "Group Fundamentals" classes run at a predetermined, early morning or evening time, 3 days a week, for a total of 10 classes. This option is available for the generally active, injury free individual who ultimately wants to train in one of our ongoing group classes. Each class is designed to expose you to the movement curriculum and group training format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. If you are unsure as to whether you are a good candidate for beginning in a class setting, please contact us. Click here to see when the next On Ramp class starts and to reserve your spot! Group Classes - $160/month + GST - (Unlimited Classes), or $1740 + GST ($145 per month) all upfront for the year. Remote Training Package Cost: $275 + GST (3 Appointment Process: Includes Assessment, Program Design/Nutrition and 1 Private Training Session)

10 GENERAL PHYSICAL SKILLS
- Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance - The ability of body systems to gather, process, and deliver oxygen.
- Stamina - The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilize energy.
- Strength - The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.
- Flexibility - the ability to maximize the range of motion at a given joint.
- Power - The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.
- Speed - The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement.
- Coordination - The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement.
- Agility - The ability to minimize transition time from one movement pattern to another.
- Balance - The ability to control the placement of the bodies center of gravity in relation to its support base.
- Accuracy - The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.
