Jason hits a new PR !!! PDF Print E-mail

After a deadlift plateau of 485lb for several months, Jason pulled 500 lbs of the floor with another 10lbs to spare.

Nice work chum, keep up the great work, very inspiring.

Thanks guys...can't wait till the COP crew rolls into the sectionals! What we have been able to do in only 9 weeks or less of training since the box opened has been outstanding and we are just warming up...Gotta tip my hat to Pops as the programming has been ON POINT...If Jaime and Pops did not open COP I don't know if I would be training Crossfit at all...

Yeeeeahhh Buddyyyy!! Light weight baby!!

Dude you made that look easy! Nice work with the vid Sterling, I wouldn't believe it other wise.

This cold has been killing me, really missing the gym... especially a max DL day!! I'm coming in today, probably going to do yesterdays WOD as it looks like a goodie and has more of my weakness in it.

See y'all this weekend.
