The name CrossFit Optimum Performance came from a hybrid of two training systems and coaches I believe to be the best, admire and look up to.

CrossFit- Coach Glassman, and Optimum Performance Training - James "OPT" Fitzgerald.

James was the winner of the first CrossFit Games in Aromas California, has trained hundreds of athletes, and is one of the most respected and sought out coaches in the business.

On Sunday, March 7th , OPT is coming to C.O.P to visit, give a talk and "crush" a workout with us.

Day will include : A talk on organizing your thoughts and actions to achieve higher levels of training and living.

Pre and post workout nutrition advice to help optimize your training.

Following the talk, there will be a great workout followed by a Paleo style brunch.

The cost is $30 for C.O.P members,  $50 for non memebers.
