Oh, and a word of advice to anyone that needs to modify a WOD due to injury....talk to Coach first. I was stupid enough to make my own and ended up doing 110 GHD Situps yesterday. My core is destroyed today, not so sure it was such a smart idea!
Man, I was gonna come in for a makeup WOD, but got a little distracted last night with the Germans at the opening night of the new German House Beer Tent.....Damn, they know how to party! Weekend to recover!
