A)Finished at 13:36 (1:06 for the last round) pretty happy with it!

B) set one 7.5#, set two 10#, set three 12.5

Holy crap that was terrible. I have not felt that shitty in a very very long time. As in years as in like four years as in when I first started Crossfit. I was completely balls out smashed to bits. geoff kindly advised me that I didn't move for 25 minutes.

Last round 58 seconds with Bowers right on my heels.
