A) Push up / Box jump 1 on 1st minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the third minute..... as far as you can until you can do required number of reps in the 60 seconds. Box height 16" 12"

B) 7:26. Geoff way to push the pace on that run, i'll get you in another life when I die and come back Kenyan.
Sleep has been the terrible lately cause of the heat not recovering that well these days.
B) 10:43. Ring dips with feet on bench and actually touched my knees to elbows or triceps on every k2e. Usually they don't touch on every rep, so that's an improvement. Just got to get that kipping rythym down.
Felt strong on everything except those k2e's.
I like my new log book. Especially the autograph! Worth big bucks one day
