A) 22 rds + 20 push ups. Made to 20th round going unbroken on push ups. Bad idea in hindsight cause the arms were just cooked.

B) 7:26. Geoff way to push the pace on that run, i'll get you in another life when I die and come back Kenyan.

Sleep has been the terrible lately cause of the heat not recovering that well these days.

A) 3 boxjumps short of 15 rounds. Full pushups.
B) 10:43. Ring dips with feet on bench and actually touched my knees to elbows or triceps on every k2e. Usually they don't touch on every rep, so that's an improvement. Just got to get that kipping rythym down.

Felt strong on everything except those k2e's.

I like my new log book. Especially the autograph! Worth big bucks one day

Shoulder has been feeling the best it ever has in months. Knew this workout would test it but still used progressions.

A: 13 push ups, 13 box jumps (cut it off here)
B: 8:28 * bench for ring dips, run, K2E's
