I skipped one loop on the run as per Jason's suggestion. (I may have died otherwise.)

Felt great except the 3rd round on that hill... and 500m in when I realized 1:37 pace was a terrible idea...
Run was ok, running up that mountain aka Oak Street resulted in crazy shin splints. Could only do 70 DU before J stopped me.
crappy crapperson.
On the bright side though, I did manage to hoof my 200 lb + a$$ 3.5 km, which is a small victory.

Run: Around 16:05
DB: around 1:10
Row was the hardest, gotta work on stronger rows, leaning forward a bit more should help
Sectionals are sneaking up!
Progress for sure though. Run and ROw both felt pretty strong!
