A. Max Deadlift: 270lbs, previously 245 B. DL(135lbs)+ Box Jumps(20 inche) Time: 2:55 Two seconds slower than Jan 26th but my deadlift was 10lbs heavier. Box jumps were perfect height C.Toes to bar, all sets unbroken, form progressively got better, started to get my legs straighter at the top

With 185# DL I was 4:37. Almost a minute faster with 15# more weight. Nice. Thanks Karolina and nice work on your 240#!! Girls!
