Just looked back at previous time.

With 185# DL I was 4:37. Almost a minute faster with 15# more weight. Nice. Thanks Karolina and nice work on your 240#!! Girls!

B) 95 DL and 20" box jump = 4:29
C) Ended up being a mash up of toes to bar and knees to elbows

I was feeling pretty low energy today after being off sick for the last week.

A. Max Deadlift: 270lbs, previously 245
B. DL(135lbs)+ Box Jumps(20 inche) Time: 2:55
Two seconds slower than Jan 26th but my deadlift was 10lbs heavier. Box jumps were perfect height
C.Toes to bar, all sets unbroken, form progressively got better, started to get my legs straighter at the top
