Deadlifts @135 to keep the ab strain in check. They felt good and didn't make for any pain. b) 95, 135, 145, 155, 160 c) 3:57 Didn't feel overly quick to day. I'm looking forward to the next 25 days of training everything in place for sectionals.
A-Deadlifts at 185, good weight for me. Gonna use a different bar next time B- 65,75,85,95(really struggled with last reps, started arching back a bit), 100(failed, couldn't get any reps) C-4:05 (85lbs for thrusters) felt real good, scaling felt perfect for the WOD.
