Part A: Completed 3 rds, pain shot up lower back on the 4th so I stopped, pretty sure it's my form, gotta work on keeping my abs tighter.

DU's: 382, performance test was 380, happy i got a PR

Nice work by Louis and Marco!

Sonia rocked part A - 29:59 - didn't even break a sweat! Rock hard abs queeny! 177 DU's.

Karolina - 31:00 - minus one set of GHD situps. 173 DU's.

Another tough week. We survived! Can't wait for next week! Thanks Pops!

Overall happy with Part A. Hamstrings are super tight, but GHD situps were still doable.

New PR on doubleunders: 105. Not great but getting there.

I am going to make up Wednesday's brutal WOD tomorrow, whose in?

Part A-felt good, GHD's fast and explosive, Back extentions controlled not swinging for time and planks were fine.

DU's- 277 today.
