A: 185, 225, 245,265, 285(2 reps- felt really good but feel what I thought may have been a hernia. Going to get it looked at in the next day or so. I used to feel the same thing over a year ago and it went away so I'm not too concerned- but aware.
B: 7:02...Should have been faster but listening to my body.
FS: 155,175,195,215,235 - Felt better than last week's 5x5 fronties... not sure why, but just felt stronger.
WOD: 4:17 (used a 16" box due to the bum ankle... so I'll give the tie breaker to J )
Feels good to get back in the gym... 3 days off and not an "optimal" diet/sleep regiment over the weekend really ran me down. Damn these Olympics!! Time to get back on track here.
