Turn left out C.O.P head towards Oak, turn left up the hill, turn left at 8 th, head east, turn first left on Laurel down the hill, turn left on 6th ave down to Oak st. , up the hill, turn left on 8th, head east , turn left  on Willow st, down hill, turn left on 6th, to (you guest it) Oak st., up the hill, turn left on 8th, head east til Ash st., turn left and back to C.O.P.

17:42 - Went too slow at the beginning got psyched out by what I thought the hill would feel like on the legs. Lots in the tank at the end next time goal is sub 16 mins...

Going to run it again with the 7pm...class whoot whoot...
