K so I did this @ the regular gym (blasphemy, I know) but totally forgot about the press portion. oops.

Jackie is wack-ie. Did it in 9.30. Pullups did me in again. That damn kip. I'll get the hang of it one day...

Battling a cold right now so will have to lay low for the next few days. fail.

First time doing Jackie, didn't know what to expect! Thrusters were 10,10,10,8,7,5
Pullups were 10,10,7,7,6

Thanks for the push Coach! Probably shaved 30 seconds off my time! I'll be ready for you next time Jackie! (shaking fist)

Press felt really good. I think technique is getting better and will be able to go heavier

Jackie 10:19...and I totally ignored Popeye when he said that my pathetic box jump didn't count. Funnily, when I realized we were only supposed to do 30 and not 40 I found myself re-energized.Briefly.

As for the press...it came a little easier this time after Linda reminded me to breathe and it's probably time for a new 1RM.

Left shoulder really sore from yesterdays AMRAP. 40lb dbell crashed a few too many times on my left shoulder.

Row felt really good, 3:18, Thrusters went well. Should have broken them differently. This is my second time doing Jackie. I was excited when I saw it posted. Can't wait until she visits again. I want sub 7 the next time she appears!
