I think I could have done more, but I did this @ Nash and had to run from one end of the gym to the other. plus the only rope they had was a little girl's version. Argh. don't they know I'm the hulk???
Overall I felt pretty good considering I was coming off of 2 days of Jello and ginger-ale (not so Paleo friendly)
