25 double unders

Modifications for toes to bar - knees to elbows, or v-sit on ground

Man I've been so sad the last two days not being able to train.

I think I could have done more, but I did this @ Nash and had to run from one end of the gym to the other. plus the only rope they had was a little girl's version. Argh. don't they know I'm the hulk???

Nice workout to welcome my body back after the flu

Overall I felt pretty good considering I was coming off of 2 days of Jello and ginger-ale (not so Paleo friendly)

5 rounds plus DL's and Sj's
I even was able to complete 5 du's in a row. I know what I'll be attempting to master over the next 44 days and 2 hrs...
